Wedding Celebrant
What could be more joyful than supporting you to tie the knot? Handfasting, marriage, partnership celebrations of all kinds; whether you’ll be witnessed by many, or a smaller occasion with your closest friends and family, we will make it yours. A celebration of your relationship so far, marking the coming together of the two of you, setting a foundation so that you have confident footing for the next chapter.
I work with couples to create a customised ceremony that includes special readings, rituals, symbols and promises. Celebrant-led weddings can include religious or cultural elements if desired and can be held at any location, including outdoors or in non-traditional venues.
We will take the time to get the ceremony just right for you through meeting in person, email, phone or video, whichever works best. Any time spent hearing what your particular focus and priorities are is time well spent for me. I stand with you as two individuals, two unique souls, choosing to be together. This service is for both of you and for your gathered community.
Practical info about what you get for your fee – marriages
* I will get to know you and your partner, we will write your vows to each other, your promises and intentions.
*We will create the ceremony together using music, poetry, readings, symbols, rituals and anything else that you like
* I deliver the service on the day, in my unique, clear and easy style.
* I will liaise with anyone else taking part in the ceremony so that the service is smooth and seamless, so that I hold the detail and encourage us all to be at ease
* We can also have a meeting in the months that follow to debrief and share memories, and to see how you are getting on. If you would like this let me know.
* Currently travel costs up to 4 hours driving are included in the fee, further afield we will add on petrol costs fairly
